Refund policy

We do not accept returns and/ or provide refunds. Exchanges can be arranged for different styles and sizes. Delivery charges for the exchange applicable i.e. borne by the customer. The exchange must be requested within 24 hours of the delivery of the package.

Once the package/ order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it is not eligible for a refund

We also do not provide refunds due to delays in shipping/ delivery caused by the shipping company/ carrier

In case a product is damaged before dispatch, we will refund only the value of the dress. Any damages caused during shipping are not our responsibility. Any refunds will not include the shipping cost. Any refunds made will be in Sri Lankan rupees
To make an exchange:
Delivery charges for the exchange applicable i.e. borne by you, customer

Shipping charges to send you the new dress will be communicated to you and a payment link will be sent
The customer must send the returning item
After we receive the returning item and the payment for the shipping charges, the new item will be dispatched to you

All items must be unworn and in good condition with the labels and tags attached

Please note that when sending us the returning item, the package has to be delivered to the doorstep of the address we provide. We will not be able to collect it from any post office or service area, etc.
Therefore kindly make sure to send it via a courier service that does doorstep delivery such as DHL, Aramex, FedEx to name a few


Damages and lost/ stolen packages:

  1. Damages during Shipping: We strive to ensure that all products are packaged securely and appropriately for shipping. However, any damages that may occur during the shipping process are beyond our control and are not our responsibility. We strongly recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for any damages incurred.    
  2. Lost or Stolen Packages: In the unfortunate event that a package is lost or stolen during the shipping process, we regret to inform you that it is not our responsibility. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or theft transfers to the customer. We advise customers to track their packages regularly and promptly report any issues to the shipping carrier for further assistance. Refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages cannot be provided by us.
